Christmas Tree FAQs
Q: What Christmas tree varieties and sizes do you offer?
A: We offer Fraser Fir, Noble Fir, and Nordman(Turkish) Firs. Fraser Firs are the most popular variety, and thus we have the largest selection, with sizes ranging from small tabletop to 12-13ft. Fewer sizes are available in Noble and Nordman fir.
Q: Do you provide Christmas tree wrapping or help with loading?
A: Yes! We are full-service! Once you have selected a Christmas tree, we will remove any lower branches that would interfere with your tree stand. Then the tree is given a fresh cut, which allows the tree to drink water when placed in your stand. Please note, you will need to get your tree in water within 30-40 minutes after a fresh cut, otherwise sap may re-seal. We will also bale your tree so that it is bound tightly and no branches will be damaged during transport. In the final step, we will secure your tree to your vehicle.
Q: Do you offer Christmas Tree delivery?
A: We offer delivery to the immediate surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary depending on location. Delivery is only to your doorstep. We do not offer setup services.
Q: How should I care for a real Christmas tree to last through Christmas?
A: Water! Never let your tree stand go dry. We recommend checking your Christmas trees' water every morning and night. Please avoid placing your Christmas tree too close to heat sources in your home.
Q: Do you make custom wreaths or centerpieces?
A: Yes! We offer a wide variety of custom wreaths and centerpieces. From berries and bows to pine cones and specialty greens, the options are endless!
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping/gift certificates?
A: Yes, we offer gift certificates in any amount. We offer gift wrapping as well.
Q: What are your holiday season hours?
A: Our final day of the season is Christmas Eve; hours will be posted before closing on our social media.
